As a mother of three, I know the importance of staying in shape, if not for yourself but for your children as well.   Growing up, I was in involved in sports and cheerleading, but when I reached college I began strength training and that’s when I discovered the love for fitness.   I attended Abilene Christian University where I studied Exercise Science, during which  I earned my NASM Personal Trainer ceritification.  I have now been a Personal Trainer for 17 years.  I have trained all ages and fitness levels.  Fitness is my passion and if I can change just one person physically, mentally, or emotionally, then I feel a great sense of acheivement.

Jason Scott Robinson
I am 28 years old and have lived in the Frisco area for about 4 years now.  I got certified as a personal trainer because I had my life severely impacted by a near fatal car accident when I was 19 and spent the next 3 years recovering, afterwards I then started my journey to get back in shape when introduced to a product by a company called AdvoCare.  It actually helped me to get into better shape than before my accident and since then, a passion was birthed in me to help others on their journey to better health and better fitness.  I live by the motto that “The greatest gift you can give anyone is a healthy you” and I do my best to set a positive example in all areas of my life and make it a point to surround myself with other positive people who desire to take the same journey.  Currently I am certified under both BTFA and NESTA as a trainer, and am currently studying for more certifications so I can help others even more.  Some of my interests are: Church, sports of pretty much any kind (especially volleyball and football), reading leadership and personal growth books, and spending time with friends and family.
